2021 – 2022

A winter walk on Clifton Downs followed by
coffee at the Water Tower Café

Coffee and singing at the Westbury
Wildlife Park

A spring Tree Trail walk on the Granny Downs
with coffee at 3 Carfax Court

A summer guided tour of the University Botanic Gardens

2022 – 2023

We started the year with a New Year lunch at Shirehampton Park Golf Club followed by a small raffle, raising about £20 for choir funds.

In May we met at Barbara’s house and walked to Sneyd Park Nature Reserve. It was a stunning Spring day, with bluebells and other Spring flowers, birds singing, and blue skies above. We returned to Barbara’s idyllic garden for coffee and happy chatter in lovely warm sunshine.

Towards the end of the Summer holidays, we had a tea on a Sunday afternoon at Carfax Court. 17 choir members and spouses arrived bearing a delicious array of sandwiches, scones, jam and cream and a variety of cakes. It was a good time to catch up with holiday stories and enjoy seeing each other again.
